HagiangTrips will arrange this local permit for you in advance completely free of charge. 4. Can I bring my large luggage on the SUV tour? Yes, absolutely! One of the biggest advantages of the SUV tour is the ample trunk space. You are welcome to bring your standard suitcases on the journey. However, if you prefer to travel lighter, you can still securely store excess luggage at our HagiangTrips Hotel completely free of charge.

Rain or shine, you will remain dry and comfortable inside the vehicle. If HagiangTrips must cancel a tour prior to departure due to severe weather/landslides, you will receive a free date change or a 100% full refund.

8. Is travel insurance included in the tour? Yes, premium domestic travel insurance is automatically included (maximum compensation up to 100,000,000 VND).

9. What are your payment and deposit policies? A 30% deposit is required at booking via our secure OnePay portal (Visa, Master, Amex, JCB) or Bank Transfer. We cover 100% of all transaction fees! The balance can be settled upon arrival via Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer.
