• DAY 2: YEN MINH - LUNG CU - LO LO CHAI - DONG VAN (~100km) Main stops: Tham Ma Pass, Pao's House, Moon Rock Surface, Vuong's Mansion (H'mong King Palace), Lung Cu Flagpole, Lo Lo Chai fairytale village. Overnight in Dong Van.

• DAY 3: DONG VAN - MEO VAC - MAU DUE - LUNG HO - DU GIA (~120km) Main stops: Youth Volunteer Monument, Death Rock cliff, Ma Pi Leng Pass, Nho Que River (Walk down to the boat station, boat ride through Tu San Canyon), M-shaped curve, French Fort relic. Overnight in Du Gia.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS & POLICIES 1. What kind of Jeep will we travel in? Is this a luxury SUV? Please note that these are Restored Classic/Vintage Jeeps, not modern luxury SUVs. They are rugged, iconic vehicles that have been specially modified and mechanically upgraded for safety and performance on mountain roads. This extended 4-day tour is perfect for those who want the raw, open-air freedom of a motorbike tour but prefer the unique, nostalgic style and 4-wheel stability of a classic Jeep. 

2. Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)? No! You will be chauffeured in our classic Jeep by our licensed and highly experienced local drivers. Just sit back, relax, stand up for photos, and enjoy the panoramic views. 

3. Do I need a permit to travel through Ha Giang? Yes. Because the Ha Giang Loop runs along the border area, a Mandatory Border Area Permit is strictly required by local law. HagiangTrips will arrange this local permit for you in advance completely free of charge. Just send a clear photo of your passport information page via WhatsApp to +84 904 044 772 right after booking. 

4. Can I bring my large luggage on the Jeep tour? Unlike large modern SUVs, vintage Jeeps have limited trunk space. We highly recommend bringing only a small daypack (20L - 30L) with your essentials. You can securely store your large suitcases and backpacks at our HagiangTrips Hotel completely free of charge! 

5. What should I pack for the trip? Since this is an open-top experience, a good windbreaker/jacket is essential! Bring comfortable clothing, sturdy walking shoes for viewpoint stops, sunglasses, sunscreen, swimwear for waterfalls, and your camera. And don't forget, you will receive our exclusive HagiangTrips T-shirt! 

6. I am a vegetarian/vegan or have food allergies. Can you accommodate this? Absolutely. We can cater to most dietary requirements. Please inform us of any allergies or specific dietary needs when you book. 

7. Is the Ha Giang Loop safe? What happens if it rains? Safety is our highest priority. The mechanics of our classic Jeeps are regularly upgraded and maintained. In case of light rain, our Jeeps are equipped with a canvas roof that can be quickly pulled up to keep you dry. If HagiangTrips must cancel a tour prior to departure due to severe weather/landslides, you will receive a free date change or a 100% full refund. 

8. Is travel insurance included in the tour? Yes, premium domestic travel insurance is automatically included (maximum compensation up to 100,000,000 VND). 

9. What are your payment and deposit policies? A 30% deposit is required at booking via our secure OnePay portal (Visa, Master, Amex, JCB) or Bank Transfer. We cover 100% of all transaction fees! The balance can be settled upon arrival via Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer. 

10. What is your cancellation and change policy?

• Before Departure: Cancellations 30+ days in advance: 100% deposit refund. 15-29 days: 50% refund. Within 14 days: Non-refundable.

• During the Tour: Accommodations and drivers are pre-booked. No refunds are issued for voluntarily skipped services or mid-trip cancellations.
