1. What kind of Jeep will we travel in? Is this a luxury SUV? Please note that these are Restored Classic/Vintage Jeeps, not modern luxury SUVs. They are rugged, iconic vehicles that have been specially modified and mechanically upgraded for safety and performance on mountain roads. This tour is perfect for those who want the raw, open-air freedom of a motorbike tour but prefer the unique, nostalgic style and 4-wheel stability of a classic Jeep.

2. Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)? No! You will be chauffeured in our classic Jeep by our licensed and highly experienced local drivers. Just sit back, relax, stand up for photos, and enjoy the panoramic views.

3. Do I need a permit to travel through Ha Giang? Yes. Because the Ha Giang Loop runs along the border area, a Mandatory Border Area Permit is strictly required. HagiangTrips will arrange this local permit for you in advance completely free of charge. 4. Can I bring my large luggage on the Jeep tour? Unlike large modern SUVs, vintage Jeeps have limited trunk space. We highly recommend bringing only a small daypack (20L - 30L) with your essentials. You can securely store your large suitcases and backpacks at our HagiangTrips Hotel completely free of charge!

5. What should I pack for the trip? Since this is an open-top experience, a good windbreaker/jacket is essential! 7. Is the Ha Giang Loop safe? What happens if it rains? Safety is our highest priority. The mechanics of our classic Jeeps are regularly upgraded and maintained. In case of light rain, our Jeeps are equipped with a canvas roof that can be quickly pulled up to keep you dry. If HagiangTrips must cancel a tour prior to departure due to severe weather/landslides, you will receive a free date change or a 100% full refund.

8. Is travel insurance included in the tour? Yes, premium domestic travel insurance is automatically included (maximum compensation up to 100,000,000 VND).

9. What are your payment and deposit policies? A 30% deposit is required at booking via our secure OnePay portal (Visa, Master, Amex, JCB) or Bank Transfer. We cover 100% of all transaction fees! The balance can be settled upon arrival via Cash, Card, or Bank Transfer.
