2. Do I need an International Driving Permit (IDP)? No! You will be chauffeured in our classic Jeep by our licensed and highly experienced local drivers. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the panoramic views.

3. Do I need a permit to travel through Ha Giang? Yes. HagiangTrips will arrange this local permit for you in advance completely free of charge. Just send a clear photo of your passport information page via WhatsApp to +84 904 044 772 right after booking.

4. Can I bring my large luggage on the Jeep tour? Unlike modern SUVs, vintage Jeeps have limited trunk space. We highly recommend bringing only a small daypack (20L - 30L) with your essentials. You can store your large suitcases at our HagiangTrips Hotel completely free of charge!

5. What should I pack for the trip? Comfortable clothing, sturdy walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, swimwear, and a light jacket (mountain evenings can be cool).

6. I am a vegetarian/vegan or have food allergies. Can you accommodate this? Absolutely. We can cater to most dietary requirements. Please inform us of any allergies when you book.

7. Is the Ha Giang Loop safe? What happens if it rains? Safety is our priority. In case of light rain, our Jeeps are equipped with a canvas roof that can be quickly pulled up. If HagiangTrips must cancel due to severe landslides, you will receive a free date change or a 100% full refund.

8. Is travel insurance included? Yes, premium domestic travel insurance is automatically included.

9. What are your payment and deposit policies? A 30% deposit is required at booking. We cover 100% of all transaction fees!

10. What is your cancellation and change policy? 

• Before Departure: Cancellations 30+ days: 100% deposit refund. 15-29 days: 50% refund. Within 14 days: Non-refundable.

• During the Tour: No refunds are issued for voluntarily skipped services.

• 10:30 AM: Conquer the 8km Bac Sum Pass, the gateway to the Dong Van Karst Plateau Global Geopark.

• 11:00 AM: Stop to admire the breathtaking Minh Tan valley.

• 11:30 AM: Sightseeing at the iconic Quan Ba Heaven Gate. You can enjoy coffee and snacks here (at your own expense).
