1. Tour Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancel tour 30 days before  departure date: Customers will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
• Cancel tour from 15 - 29 days  before departure date: Customers will be refunded 70% of the amount paid.
• Cancel tour 7 - 14 days  before departure date: Customers will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
• Cancel tour less than 7 days  before departure date: Customers will not be refunded (100% cancellation fee).

2. Other Terms and Conditions

• Service Fees : In some cases, the company may apply additional administrative or service fees, in addition to the tour cancellation fee.
• Change of itinerary : Customers can request to change the departure date 15 days in advance without any fee. From 15 days or less, the change will be applied as a tour cancellation request and may be charged a cancellation fee according to regulations.
• Other services : For special services (such as airline tickets, train tickets, hotel reservations...), customers may be subject to separate cancellation fees, according to the regulations of the service provider.

3. Force Majeure Events

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, terrorism...), the company will prioritize refunds or propose suitable alternatives. If the customer chooses to postpone the trip, the company will support changing the date without charge.

4. Tour Cancellation Procedure

• Customers can cancel tours via email, phone or directly at the company office.
• The company will confirm the tour cancellation and refund time within 3-7 working days (depending on the payment method and bank regulations).
