Bus Booking Policy
If you booked a Ha Giang Loop tour or motorbike rental, bus transfers are covered under your tour's booking policy — not this one.
HagiangTrips provides English-language bus booking, WhatsApp support, pick-up coordination, and 0% card transaction fees. Bus transportation is operated by licensed Vietnamese carriers. Our service fee is included in the ticket price shown — we do not display third-party operator names or pricing.
Full payment is collected at checkout via OnePay (Visa, Mastercard, JCB). Zero card transaction fees. Your booking is held pending confirmation. If we cannot confirm your seat, a full refund is issued within 3–5 business days.
Once we have secured your seat with the carrier, the ticket cost cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend booking only when your travel dates are certain.
You may reschedule your departure once, subject to these conditions:
✔ New date must be available — rescheduling is not guaranteed
✔ Same route only — destination cannot be changed
✔ Price difference (if higher) must be paid before confirmation
✗ No refund if the new departure is cheaper
To reschedule, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and preferred new date.
If you miss your departure for any reason, the ticket is forfeited. No refund or reschedule will be offered.
If a departure is cancelled by the carrier due to severe weather, mechanical failure, or road closures, we will notify you immediately and offer either a reschedule or a full refund of the ticket price.
All buses we work with are operated by licensed carriers holding mandatory Vietnamese passenger insurance. The carrier bears sole responsibility for passenger safety, on-road incidents, delays, and vehicle condition. HagiangTrips' liability is limited to the ticket value paid through our platform.
