Not sure which terminal? International flights (from outside Vietnam) land at T2. Domestic connecting flights (e.g. from Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang) land at T1.

Go to the correct pickup point

There is no name board — your driver will call your phone before arriving. Please head to the pickup point that matches your terminal (above) and wait there. Allow 10–15 minutes after landing for immigration and baggage claim.

Missed the call, or no one there yet? Do not leave the terminal or take another vehicle — message us on WhatsApp immediately with your terminal and gate number, and we will guide you from there.

Flight delayed or changed? Send us your new flight number and arrival time on WhatsApp as soon as you know — we adjust the pickup for you at no extra charge.
